All visitors to the Cayman Islands who intend to drive are required to purchase a Visitor’s Driving Permit (one-time charge) – except individuals who hold a valid International Driver’s License. The fee is US$20.50 per person.

DEBIT CARD (where VISA or MasterCard logo is not visible on Card) require a deposit of US$500.00 plus full amount of rental charges required at time of pickup. These rentals require renter to accept Economy/Discount Deductible Vehicle Coverage. Whereas the renter declines the insurance coverage a US$ 1000.00 deposit will be required plus the estimated rental charge

Customers may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the vehicle.
If a customer chooses not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, they will be charged the local economy rate which is typically above the local pump price. A full tank of gas is not guaranteed.

Yes, you can rent 9 or 12 passenger vans from us, if you are at least 25 years old.

If you cannot locate your receipt, it is always a good idea to review your rental contract and confirm the license number on the contract and the name on the contract matches your entry.

If you require a receipt for a rental which was more than six months ago, you will need to contact the office that you rented the vehicle from and they can send you a copy of your receipt.

If your rental was within the last six months and you are still having difficulty finding your receipt, please call 1 345-949-9550 to speak to a customer service specialist or contact the renting location directly.

Discount Car Rental is located Outside the Airport Terminal. Just follow the side walk LEFT and cross the road into the Airport Plaza. You will see Economy/Discount Car rentals directly ahead. Our Pleasant staff will be waiting to serve you.

You have 24 hours prior to booking to cancel without any penalties, other wise deposit will be forfeited.
