Economy Car Rentals was founded in 1990, beginning with a humble fleet of only 27 cars.

Opened in 2007, Discount Car Rental is a sister company of Economy Car Rental, and one of Grand Cayman’s Hyundai auto hire specialists. As the “new kids on the block”, we understand the value and importance of excellent customer service, which is why we’ll always go treat you well and pair you with the automobile that suits your needs the best.

We’re open 365 days per year and located directly next to Owen Roberts International Airport for your convenience. We also open bright and early (6:30am – 6:00pm), allowing you to get maximum enjoyment out of your day when picking up, and maximum convenience when dropping off and connecting to an early flight. We’ll even make special arrangements to meet late arrivals after hours!
